Tokens and coins that moved the most in the last 24 hours:

Top movers of the day are Massnet and Komodo. Since 7 pm Massnet has surged 17.89% and Komodo 15.28%. DODO has increased by 2.94%.

Ether and the tokens finished the day higher. The tokens built on Ethereum measured by 2100NEWS DA Ethereum Based Index (NWSET100) ended +2.46%. Their movement can be seen on the adjacent NWSET chart over the past 24 hours. The non-Ethereum tokens represented by 2100NEWS DA NonEthereum Based Index (NWSOT50) ended even +2.98% Ether ended +1.80% while Bitcoin ended -1.20%.

In the afternoon most tokens abd coins turned down as illustrated by an adjacent chart showing the movement of the NWSBCT Index (Blue Chips) over the past 24 hours. Since 2 pm the coins measured by 2100NEWS DA Coin Index (NWSCo100) have decreased by 0.78%. Our main 2100NEWS Digital Assets Total Index (NWST1100) has decreased by 0.41%. Bitcoin has fallen by 0.66% while Ether is slightly higher (+0.09% as of 2 pm).

Top mover of the day at 14:10 is KuCoin Token which has increased by 5.55%.

Generally, the crypto markets continued to go up. Top movers of the day are Cashaa and KuCoin Token. Since midnight Cashaa has surged 33.38% and KuCoin Token 24.05%. PowerPool has increased by 11.31%.

Most tokens and coins started out higher this morning. Since midnight the tokens built on Ethereum measured by 2100NEWS DA Ethereum Based Index (NWSET100) have increased by 1.61%. 2100NEWS Digital Assets Total Index (NWST1100) which measures the performance of the major 1100 crypto assets by market capitalization is 0.14% lower.

The PowerPool is a protocol for pooling governance tokens (GTs), such as COMP, BAL, LEND, YFI, BZRX, AKRO, and many others. The minority token holders can extract minimal utility from such tokens for two reasons: (1) they cannot influence the votes; (2) the significant share of such tokens doesn’t provide any income. As a result, the fundamental value of such tokens for the minority holder is close to zero, and protocols face voters’ apathy problem.
