After a quiet Sunday the crypto markets went down strongly in the evening to finish the day deep in red. Today’s crypto market movement is illustrated by an adjacent chart showing the movement of the NWSBCT Index (Blue Chips) over the past 24 hours. 2100NEWS DA Indexes which measure the performance of different groups of tokens and coins ended between -1.32% and -3.34%. 2100NEWS Digital Assets Total Index (NWST1100) which measures the performance of the major 1100 crypto assets by market capitalization ended -3.12%. Bitcoin ended -3.35%, Ether ended -2.95%.

Today the crypto markets started out mixed. The coins started out slightly lower: Bitcoin (BTC) -0.03%, Ether (ETH) -0.24%, 2100NEWS DA Coin Index (NWSCo100) -0.11%.On the other hand the tokens moved higher this morning. Since midnight the tokens built on Ethereum measured by 2100NEWS DA Ethereum Based Index (NWSET100) have increased by 0.43%.
