2100NEWS Hacking Attack

2100NEWS website experienced a hacking attack over the May Day holidays, which resulted in some lost content.

If you’re a regular visitor to our website you may have noticed that some articles went missing over the May Day holidays.

Attackers exploited a security flaw in our CMS software and managed to compromise some of our content. Thankfully our backups worked perfectly, but unfortunately we lost a few days’ worth of articles.

We will be re-uploading the lost articles over the next couple of days, so please bear with us as we restore the missing content.
